Because we are independently owned, we are not inhibited by corporate policies unrealistic to the St. Louis business climate. Above All« recognizes that each of our clients has it's own unique, individual needs and expectations. Susan M. Huber, President/Owner of Above All « Personnel, started in the temporary employment business in 1978. In 30 years, she has opened 8 very successful offices for national corporations, all in the St. Louis market place. She gained a quality reputation through honesty, integrity, empathy, tenacity and flexibility. She has continued providing many of the same client companies since Above All « Personnel's inception in the placement industry, and they continue to grow.
