POSITION TITLE: Family Practice Physician

STATUS/HOURS: Regular/Full-time (Evenings and weekends as needed)

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $ 109,600.00 - $ 140,000.00 Annually + Bonus eligible

POSITION SUMMARY: Perform the duties required to direct the clinical evaluation and management of the physical, mental, and social aspects of patient care; provide leadership to the health care team.

EDUCATION:

Graduate of an accredited school of medicine.

Licensed as a Physician in the State of Missouri.

Board certified or Board eligible in Family Practice.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Complete Family Practice residency.

Experience in an urban health setting preferred.

LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Maintain Medical license necessary for practice including Missouri State Physician, Missouri BNDD, and Federal DEA
