Jobing Description
Well established offset printing company looking for a Customer Service Representative with applicable work experience in a printing facility or a printing distributorship required.

CSR responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Reviewing customer job specifications.
  • Entering orders.
  • Pricing & estimating jobs.
  • Ordering paper stocks, ink, supplies.
  • Establish and promote excellent customer relations.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, when dealing internally and with customers.
  • Good math skills and basic computer knowledge which may require the ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position.
  • Facilitates resolution of production problems.
  • Ability to cross train in other related duties.
  • Basic office skills for filing, answer telephone, taking messages, etc...
  • Participates in special projects as assigned.
    Prior Graphics experience knowledge beneficial, however not required.

    Candidate expected to work, including overtime, when asked during peak production times or to achieve time sensitive deadlines required by management.

  • possess superior office and communication skills along with good knowledge of offset printing and pre-press.
  • have the ability to manage their time, work without direct supervision and display a level of discretion in completing tasks.
  • have ability in prioritizing work is important as is interactions with other departments on daily activities.
  • provide excellent courteous customer service and follow up.
  • establish and promote customer relations to develop further sales opportunities.
  • be a reliable self starter with good team play attitude, fast learner with an attention to detail.
  • have the willingness to go above and beyond to accomplish the objectives of both the company and customer regarding service, quality and cost controls.
