Job: Collector - Wed to Sat 10am - 9pm. This position is located in Bridgeton, MO

Overview:

Agents are responsible for reviewing, investigating, and following through on customer credit accounts for early delinquency. They use their customer service skills to motivate the customer to make payment arrangements that are suitable for both parties. The work

schedule is 10am to 9pm Wednesday to Saturday and the salary range is %2410.00 - %2412.50 per hour.

Key Accountabilities:

Contact customers by telephone or letter to arrange payment on delinquent accounts
Research delinquent customer information using credit bureau reports, applications, government agencies, and information from other departments at Macy's.
Maintain records of correspondence from customer sales checks and customer service inquiries

Skills Summary:


High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Excellent customer service, communication, basic math, and typing skills
Collection experience is preferred
