Overview:

Call Center Agents respond to inbound phone calls from customers and sales associates. Successful candidates must have excellent customer service, problem solving, analytical, decision-making, communication, follow-up, typing and computer skills. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. The pay range for this position is %2410 - %2412.50 per hour.


Key Accountabilities:

Receive incoming and make outgoing calls regarding various customer service issues while viewing and updating account information online
Assist customers in purchasing items via the Internet or catalogs
Identify all sales opportunities, complete a needs assessment and match merchandise to the customer's needs and price point
Research and resolve inquiries via the credit systems and other media to respond to customer requests
Research and respond to customer inquiries via phone, mail, and e-mail
Assist customers with establishing payment arrangements on their charge accounts as needed
