CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a strategic operations role on a high-performing team focused on developing CVS Health’s population health product portfolio. The PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) Population Health team’s focus is crafting products that empower smarter patient care decisions, reduce medical costs and help patients on their path to better health through improved outcomes. This team is engaged across all lines of business and functions within the enterprise, with particular emphasis on solution ideation, design and commercialization.
This Advisor will support the research, planning and implementation of new and/or enhanced products within the population health portfolio. Specifically accountable for analyses, design, timelines, and partner alignment. You will have the opportunity to use analytical skills and logic to analyze the business, solve problems and present recommendations to leaders in an effort to develop products and solutions which will have a profound impact on the strategic direction of the company.
Responsibilities:
* Acting as a key member of the PBM Population Health product development team, responsible for improving existing products, and bringing new products to market
* Engaging cross-functionally across the organization to define requirements, design solutions, develop and coordinate implementation plans, get results and timelines
* Planning, crafting and managing the execution of pilot programs to test product capabilities and outcomes
* Identifying business value, understanding capabilities and translating these findings to design requirements
* Resolving issues encountered, including using your ability to assess and course-correct as necessary
* Own deliverables, analyses, recommendations and proactively manage timelines
* Prepare material and presentations for the business that adds value, is easily understood by others and improves operational efficiency of the business
The successful candidate will be able to impact results in the areas of strategy, business transformation, and/or operations. This will require someone with outstanding organizational, logic, and prioritization skills, including the highest level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize at once.
The environment will be, at times, ambiguous and uncertain. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success dealing with this type of fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn on the fly while understanding and solving new problems.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product, analytics, or strategy

- 5+ years of experience with data analytics, spreadsheets, and presentation software, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
* Health care, management consulting, product management, program management, PBM, and/or plan design experience
* High standard of independent judgment and initiative with cross-functional leadership background
* Outstanding communication and problem solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
* Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing as needed and meeting deadlines
* Produce results by working within established timeframes, deadlines, and understanding next steps
* Master's degree, MBA, PharmD, PhD, MHA
